Life Is Short and Uncertain
We plan for tomorrow as if it’s guaranteed, but it isn’t. James 4:14 reminds us that life is “a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.” Postponing repentance assumes you have more time—but only God knows your days.
“For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.” — James 4:14
Sin Grows Stronger with Delay
Sin is not neutral—it hardens the heart over time. Every day you put off repentance makes it harder to turn later. What feels like a “small delay” today often becomes a lifetime of rejection.
“Exhort one another daily, while it is called ‘Today,’ lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.” — Hebrews 3:13
God’s Invitation Is for Today
The Bible never says, “Repent tomorrow.” It always says, “Repent today.” The reason is simple—today is the only time you’re promised. Tomorrow may never arrive.
“Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” — 2 Corinthians 6:2
Don’t Wait for “Someday”
Hell is filled with people who planned to repent “someday.” Don’t join them. Answer God’s call now, while you still can. Tomorrow is not guaranteed—but eternity is.
